To help me investigate and solve your issue as quickly as possible, it is super helpful if you can include the following in your email:

  • A brief description of the problem you are facing.

  • The device you are using (e.g., iPhone 14 Pro, iPad Air).

  • Any screenshots or screen recordings showing the issue (this helps me a ton!).

I read every single email that comes through, and I always do my best to reply within 24 to 48 hours.
